Account deletion

Use this public URL to request PlantWhisper account deletion from the web. Signed-in users can also start the same request inside settings.

How to request deletion

  1. Signed-in users can open Account deletion in the app.
  2. Email privacy@plantwhisper.app from the account email.
  3. Use the subject line: PlantWhisper account deletion.
  4. Include whether you want plant photos and chat history deleted with the account.

What deletion should cover

  • Account profile and authentication-linked app data.
  • Plant profiles, tag assignments, care events, photos, reminders, and chat messages.
  • Generated AI memory summaries and optional voice artifacts when enabled.

Data that may be retained

Some records may be retained when legally required or security-relevant, such as payment records, tax records, abuse-prevention logs, and audit trails.

Implementation note

The in-app request path is implemented at /account/delete. A real Supabase project and support mailbox must be configured before public launch.
