These draft terms frame the expected PlantWhisper MVP. They are not final legal advice and should be reviewed before accepting real users or payments.
Service
PlantWhisper lets users create digital plant identities, assign reusable NFC or QR tag URLs, log care, and optionally chat with AI-generated plant personas.
User responsibility
Plant care suggestions are informational and may be wrong or incomplete. Users remain responsible for plant care decisions, safe device use, and any physical NFC tags or labels they place on pots.
AI and voice features
AI-generated messages are creative assistance, not professional horticultural, medical, veterinary, safety, or emergency advice. Voice replies may be metered or reserved for paid plans.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid plans, founder kits, and tag packs are not active in this scaffold. If enabled, final purchase terms must match Stripe, Apple, Google Play, and Galaxy Store billing rules for the chosen distribution channel.
Account deletion
Users can request deletion through the account deletion page. Some records may be retained when legally required, such as payment, tax, fraud-prevention, or security records.
